ATTENDANT CARE PROGRAM- Part-Time In Home Personal Care
CHILDREN SERVICES -Life Skills and socialization for children ages 5 - 21
ELKS HOME SERVICE NURSE- Visits consumers in their homes and helps them secure needed specialized medical services or adaptive equipment.
GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES CENTER - Day Center for Seniors and Adults with disabilities, to experience a safe, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere
COMMUNITY HOME - Residential placement for adolescents and adults who have an intellectual disability. INFANT TODDLER THERAPY SERVICES- Therapy Services to children from birth to 3 years of age who have developmental delay or disabilities
MARCH POSITIONING CLINIC If you or a family member is in need of seating and mobility equipment please come and speak with a representative of Chesapeake Rehab Equipment and a licensed Physical Therapist to find the right equipment to meet your unique needs. You don't need to be enrolled in our Agency programs to utilize the services of the Positioning and Mobility Clinic.
