Positioning and Mobility Clinic: Will be held on Wednesday January 14, 2009. If you or a family member is in need of seating and mobility equipment please come and speak with a representative from Chesapeake Rehab and a licensed Physical Therapist to find the right equipment to meet your unique needs. Please contact Becki Traggiai, PT at 724-283-3198 x 246 to make an appointment or for additional information. You do not need to receive services from our agency to utilize this service. Click here for a Flyer. Community Care Connections, Inc. will hold its Annual Awards Ceremony on Friday November 14, 2008 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 PM at CCC office. Community Care Connections, Thanksgiving Food Drive Thank you to all individuals and families who made a donation to the Thanksgiving Food Drive. This event was a huge success and we were able to provide a Thanksgiving dinner to about 20 families. Below are the volunteers who gave their time to put together food baskets for all of the families. Thanks for making this a special Thanksgiving for those in need!
