Positioning and Mobility Clinic:  Will be held on Wednesday November 5, 2008.  If you or a family member is in need of seating and mobility equipment please come and speak with a representative from Chesapeake Rehab and a licensed Physical Therapist to find the right equipment to meet your unique needs.  Please contact Becki Traggiai, PT at 724-283-3198 x 246 to make an appointment or for additional information.  You do not need to receive services from our agency to utilize this service.     

Community Care Connections, Inc. will hold its Annual Awards Ceremony on Friday November 14, 2008 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 PM at CCC office. 

Community Care Connections, Thanksgiving Food Drive
CCC is sponsoring a Thanksgiving food drive.  All food collected from now until Wednesday November 12, 2008 will be accepted in the main lobby of our building.  A table has been provided for you to drop off your food items.  Any staff person person who knows of a CCC consumer who needs food for Thanksgiving may give the consumer name to their supervisor.  If you want to give a monetary donation, you may do so by making out a check to CCC and giving to Paula Nguyen in the fiscal department.  We will then buy vouchers to distribute to consumers to use at local stores.

Our wish is that all CCC consumers have a Happy Thanksgiving.  We need your help to make this a success.  The Caring Committee thanks you in advance for your donation.
