About Us

Community Care Connections, Inc. is a human service agency that provides services to infants, children and adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

Incorporated in 1972, the agency offers programs to children and adults with disabilities throughout Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence counties.  These programs provide therapeutic, educational or recreational activities, residential options and in-home support services, so that consumers may achieve their maximum potential.

Community Care Connections, Inc. is proud to be a member agency of the United Way of Butler County.  Since 1989, CCC has received United Way funding, which has been used to provide services through the Infant-Toddler Therapy Services Program, the Adult Services Program and the Children's Services Program.  Community Care Connections, Inc. also receives donations designated by people working in neighboring counties through the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
