Sailing Connection 2008 Raises $1,807.85 for Community Care Connections, Inc. Special thanks are in order to Paul Egbert, owner of Wind and Water Boatworks and his crew of dedicated volunteers and sail boat captains for a very successful “Sailing Connection 2007” fundraiser benefiting Community Care Connections, Inc. Sailboat captains from Lake Arthur Sailing Club donated their time and use of their sailboats for this special event. A light lunch with food donated by area businesses was provided by CCC staff and volunteers. We had beautiful, sunshine-filled days with great people to make for a fabulous weekend.
