Over 110 people viewed the beautiful shoreline of Lake Arthur aboard sailboats captained by members of the Lake Arthur Sailing Club, who donated their time and use of their sailboats for this special event. Sailboats departed from the Crescent Bay Marina.
Paul Egbert, owner of Wind and Water Boatworks and his crew of dedicated volunteers and sail boat captains once again provided a relaxing and enjoyable sailing event which grossed $1,722.00 to benefit CCC.
The donation from the Sailing Connection will help us to continue our mission "to provide programs and services that empower children and adults with disabilities to live more safely and independently in their homes, schools, neighborhoods and communities."
We'd like to thank our Sponsors, Wind & Water Boatworks, Crescent Bay Boat Rental W. PA Paddle Sport Association and Lake Arthur Sailing Club who kindly donate their time, expertise and boats to make this event a success year after year.
