Home Service Nurse Program

The Home Service Nurse Program provides information and referral services to persons with disabilities and their families from Beaver, Butler and Lawrence Counties.  The Home Service Nurse visits consumers in their homes and helps them secure needed specialized medical services or adaptive equipment.  Also assisting consumers in understanding and implementing instructions from physicians and in locating other related services they might need from the community.

The program is funded by a grant from the Pennsylvania Elks Major Projects, Inc.
