Community Home Program

The Community Home Program provides residential placement for adolescents and adults who have a mentally and/or physically challenging condition.  Staff assists residents with their personal care and with training in the areas of independent living and socialization. The program is funded by grants from the Butler County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program.
